There is an en-suite full bathroom. Full front deck to enjoy the outdoors. Bathrooms: upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub. Downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, no tub.

This unit is a two-storey apartment. There is another apartment above, which has quiet tenants. They have a small dog, generally quiet also. Please park your car all the way over to the right.

Please recycle as much as possible. Put trash in the barrel marked Apartment 1. - If guests do not separate RECYCLING and someone has to separate the trash for them, then a fee of $100 will be sent through the app with pictures of the unsorted trash/recycling. Smoking OUTSIDE ONLY. No use of the fireplace. 1 parking space on the right side of the driveway.

A quiet residential neighborhood. A short walk away from the pier featuring Motif #1, shops and restaurants. A nice little coffee shop a little further on. Just down the street is a small supermarket, a bakery/cafe, a diner/bar and a Walgreens. Nearby beaches: Front Beach, Pebble Beach, Hedge Beach. You can also walk to the pier and rent a kayak or other floating equipment.

Very quaint and easy to be there. Loved the neighborhood and the place was perfect for 3 people. Didn't need anything additional, everything provided and host was easy to work with. If we go to area again would happy to stay
