Our family had an incredible visit to Cape Ann, and this rental made a great home-base for us to set out from and return to and unwind. The ocean views from every window were so refreshing and peaceful, and we caught beautiful sunsets every night. We had everything we would have needed including a crib and highchair, kitchen amenities, surplus of fresh linen, and the entire place was spotless. Mark was very responsive to any concerns or questions we had during our stay. There was so much to do within just a 20min or less drive.

OMG! Mark’s home was beyond outstanding! The kitchen extraordinarily equipped with the best gadgets for preparing family meals especially a birthday celebration! The crowning jewel was the wonderful screened-in porch with the most sunrise/ sunset views over the glorious ocean! I am hoping to visit again!

Mark's place was the perfect place for our family. Everything you see in the pictures and the description is exactly as it was in person. Mark had thought of everything you would need even nightlights in the hallways and bedrooms. The house felt very modern and very well put together. We felt right at home. I just wish we had more down time to enjoy the house. It's very close to downtown Rockport and only within 1/2 mile to a local coffee shop. It's very close to the train station if you'd like to catch a ride to Boston (downtown or the airport) or even Salem.
I would highly recommend Mark's house and would definitely return if our travels take us back to Rockport.

What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful sea views from the whole house, great place for family & friends! The house itself was wonderful. Mark was very communicative & responsive. The location was very relaxing & the views were incredible. A very peaceful location too!

We picked this place for a quick weekend getaway with family and it did not disappoint! The house had lovely views of the ocean, and the screened porch was a cozy and perfect place to sip beverages, chat, and just watch the sunsets. It was very well stocked with condiments, coffee and every kind of coffee maker to suit any coffee drinker! Our day at the beach was easy, because all accessories were right there- beach umbrella, chairs, towels. If you like a gentle hike, Halibut State Park is so close, with more gorgeous views. And when you are ready for a lobster roll, The Lobster Pool is only a mile away! Delightful!
