If you take beach chairs to the beach please bring them back. Recycle as much as possible. Take trash to dumpster upon departure. Be gentle with the crank windows. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Our expectations were exceeded with this cozy, spacious home. It truly was a peaceful retreat with the ocean views and the peaceful sounds of the waves crashing along the shore in the distance. I definitely plan to revisit this home. I can’t put in words how amazing and beautiful the scenery is. Mark has done an amazing job at communicating and making sure all of our needs have been met. We had an amazing stay at Mark’s place! The views from the whole house are incredible. It is just a short walk down to the rocky coastline and the scenery is breathtaking. It’s about a 15 minute drive from Gloucester downtown and also a 15 minute drive from Rockport downtown. We loved the location and found it the perfect place for our girls trip. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This place is amazing………. The views are spectacular, the house was just as described and the history of the estate was very interesting. The location was great, easy access to the train and other communities. Hands down had the best breakfast in town at George’s……. Made our New England vacation fabulous……

If you’re looking for privacy and an amazing water view you cannot go wrong with this property. We were pleasantly surprised how close we were to downtown Gloucester, yet far enough to feel like we were on our own and away from the crowds. Another very nice surprise was the fact that this property is part of a larger private community with its own private beach along with trails that connect to an island, great for exploring the rocky coast. If we are ever back in the Gloucester area, we will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful and private location with amazing views, sunrises, and sunsets. Private beach area a short walk from the house, and has plenty of space to enjoy. Mark was effective with communication. This house and location is a great home base to relax and also travel to enjoy the surrounding areas in Cape Ann, Boston, southern New Hampshire and Maine.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The furniture including beds was comfortable. The most spectacular sunsets overlooking the water was the highlight of our week! I would highly recommend and would stay again.
