Perfect area for visiting Cape Ann. This residence is just next to Rocky Neck, a long-standing art colony. Great for walking around and enjoying the water and local artists' works. Gloucester Stage is also right next door, so look it up and catch a show if it's in season. Nearby is a small rocky-ish beach you can walk to. Niles beach is about half a mile away, with great ocean waves, sand and sun! Plenty of little diners and restaurants in the area.
