*Stays longer than a month will pay utilies. *No smoking or vaping in the house or on the property whatsoever. *Cleaning is required every month if 2 people residing; every other week for 3 or more. *No parties. *No more than 6 visitors in addition to the number of people residing. *Recycle as much as possible. *Put out trash & recycling on Wednesday at the bottom of the driveway. - If guests do not separate RECYCLING and someone has to separate the trash for them, then a fee of $100 will be sent through the Airbnb Resolutions with pictures of the unsorted trash/recycling.

Our stay was excellent, and our host was responsive to a couple minor issues. Everything was clean and spacious. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 adults to spread out, where everyone had their own bedroom. The shower was adjustable in a way that it could work well for short and tall guests alike. There was attention to detail in terms of what was provided for kitchen and bathroom basics. The knives were sharp. The pans were great for cooking meals at home. The dining table worked well for meals together, too. The beds were comfortable, and I even found a box fan in the closet (great for aomeone who needs white noise to sleep). The bedrooms are great for those who like sunlight (I brought my own coverings as someone who likes blackout shades - that was the one thing missing). The view was excellent, being up on a hill, lovely water views. The basement setup for streaming was good...lots of controllers, but clear directions how to use them.

Wonderful ! A place where we created memories . You can enjoy the Sun rise . Even place has great option to do work if you need to . Good home gym . All furniture and stuffs are new and very well maintained . Good collection of wines are kept to welcome 🤗

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to all the locations we wanted to visit, including Salem State University. The views were spectacular and the home provided everything we needed. Mark was very responsive to questions both before and during our visit. I'd highly recommend this home - we'd love to visit again when it is warmer!
