*Stays longer than a month will pay utilies.
*No smoking or vaping in the house or on the property whatsoever.
*Cleaning is required every month if 2 people residing; every other week for 3 or more.
*No parties.
*No more than 6 visitors in addition to the number of people residing.
*Recycle as much as possible.
*Put out trash & recycling on Wednesday at the bottom of the driveway.
- If guests do not separate RECYCLING and someone has to separate the trash for them, then a fee of $100 will be sent through the Airbnb Resolutions with pictures of the unsorted trash/recycling.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to all the locations we wanted to visit, including Salem State University. The views were spectacular and the home provided everything we needed. Mark was very responsive to questions both before and during our visit. I'd highly recommend this home - we'd love to visit again when it is warmer!

Mark has a beautiful spacious house with a fun patio / yard area. I am hoping to stay there again next year. The house was very clean and had beautiful ocean views. The master suite is particularly stunning. Mark is an excellent host as well.

Very spacious home with gorgeous views in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean home with a well-stocked kitchen. Centrally located to Boston, Salem, & Gloucester where we spent the majority of our time. But while in Swampscott it was an easy walk to several great restaurants in town. We truly enjoyed our stay!

A car is recommended. There is commuter rail in town to take a day trip into Boston or other North Shore seaside towns, like Salem, Beverly or Gloucester.
