Pets allowed only in line with these rules: - no dogs under 2 years old. - must be trained not to chew furniture and to go outside. - owners clean up after pet on the property and anywhere in the neighborhood. Fine will be applied if not cleaned up. - no pets on furniture or cover furniture with your own sheets. - no barkers, which may disturb the neighbors. - must have clipped nails to prevent scratching woodwork. - extra $50 per pet cleaning fee, including long-stay cleanings every two weeks. Additional rules - No more than 4 guests over in addition to people residing in the house. - Put trash out on Wednesday morning and bring in barrels in the evening. - If guests do not separate RECYCLING and someone has to separate the trash for them, then a fee of $100 will be sent through the Airbnb Resolutions with pictures of the unsorted trash/recycling. - Reservations of 2 weeks or more with 4 people or more, a cleaning is charged every week at $400 for a full cleaning or $450 for a full cleaning and change of linens and towels. - If you have people over using the back yard, please restrict it to 4 additional people more than the number on the reservation.

We prefer that the home not be used to host parties which include non-resident visitors. If staying for more than 14 nights, a cleaning is required (paid by guest - $400 not including laundry) every 2 weeks. A multi-month rental requires cleaning every two weeks.
