Cozy Victorian house in a superb location, within 5-15 minutes walking distance to Humphrey Street, the main road along the ocean front. A casual and modern split home with two bedrooms in the downstairs area and one bedroom on the top floor. For the remote workers or anyone who needs a space, there is a lovely private loft on the third floor with a convenient desk area. A full kitchen on the bottom floor for making simple meals with lots of amenities supplied. An additional smaller kitchen on the top floor with more kitchen essentials. During the warm seasons, the back patio is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.
