Cozy victorian house in a superb location, within 5-15 minutes walking distance to Humphrey Street, the main road along the ocean front. A casual and modern one bedroom apartment with a spare room for a pull out bed or study room. A full kitchen for making simple meals with lots of amenities supplied. During season the back deck is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the birds and fresh air. The owner lives upstairs, but either rarely home (traveling) or very quiet.
